Super Yacht projects - our approach
MML-superyacht1.jpg
We have a tried and tested process for all projects that starts with a full briefing and technical requirements specification and flows right through to the commissioning and on-going monitoring of the completed project.
The Initiation phase is a critical component where we determine exactly the owner’s key priorities, requirements and concerns together with his timelines and budgets so that everything we do is centered around meeting his needs. During this phase we will talk to all relevant crew members and other active partners to ensure full and open communication with all parties.
Our projects cover all and every aspect of repair, replacement, renovation and renewal across structure, technology and communications, mechanical, functional and aesthetic elements and beyond. From the smallest detail to the largest components, we are committed to delivering the best outcome for our clients.
A small selection of typical projects which have been completed either as stand alone tasks or as part of a full programme of work are listed below:
• Installation of Zero speed stabilizers on a 78m expedition yacht
• Complete galley and cold room refurbishments
• Satellite, data and television installation
• Installation of new and replacement air conditioning systems
• Installation of new deck cranes
• Replacement of main and harbor generators
• Main engine overhauls and crankshaft repairs
• Propeller shaft, gearbox and main engine realignment |
