What security is there?
The apartments, courtyard, walkways and car parking are secure at all times. Access is by way of proximity card. Your visitors can contact you from the main entry via an audio monitor within your apartment. You are able to provide your visitors access by unlocking the main entry from your apartment. The car park is also opened by proximity card.
What car parking is available?
Car parking can be confirmed at the time of booking your accommodation and is situated in the fully enclosed and secure basement, which is accessed by stairs and a lift from each apartment level. Access to the car park is via Pakenham Street. There is also a public parking building adjacent to Viaduct Point which can provide ample parking for visitors.
